DIAGNOSTIC:
We can find out what needs to be done to fix your machine and work with you towards the best solution. Only charged if you decide not to go ahead with the repair.

HALF AN HOUR LABOUR:
You'll be surprised what can be achieved in 30 mins. We only charge for actual time spent on the machine. Very rarely do we have a job that goes over 1.5hrs.

CALLOUT:
Sometimes it's not possible for you to bring your PC to us. A 'callout' is a fee for us to come to you. It covers the running costs to get you. The labour charge starts when we get to you. Not when we leave the workshop.

DATA TRANSFER FEE:
This is a fixed fee to transfer all you personal data from your old machine to your newly purchased machine. It doesn't matter how much data you have nor how long it takes us, your data can be moved for this small fee. Note: Programs cannot normally be transferred from one computer to another. They will need to be reinstalled. Provide us with the discs and we can take care of that for you too. Also, Printers, scanners, email and internet can be setup on your new machine. All part of the deal. That way you can pick up your new machine, plug it in at home, and everything is already setup and ready to go.

Is your computer running slow?

Well, then you need us to do an evaluation on your system to tell you what can be done to speed it up. It's easy! Just grab the box part of your computer and bring it into our service centre. We will evaluate your system and recommend the best way to speed it up. Sometimes it's just a software thing. It could be some spyware or even a virus. Sometimes a simple 5 minute thing like upgrading your RAM is all it takes to make it run better. An extra 1 gigabyte of RAM can make all the difference to the performance of your computer.
